Now that I've had a few weeks time off to think and get away from it for a while, I realized that I missed building relationships with mompraneurs, supporting small business, and sharing the good deals that I'd find with others! I've also been surprised by all the lovely people encouraging me to step out on my own and continue! I didn't know I'd be missed, but that definitely got me thinking and considering starting over. In the end, I've decided to stick my neck out there and start from scratch on my own. I'm not competing with anyone or comparing myself to anyone else. I've had some time to think about my mission here and what I really want to accomplish. I have a lot of ideas and am excited to share them with anyone who'd care to listen. There are many voices out there, I'm just adding to the choir, because everyone is different and there's always room for more right? So there it is, just a little back story for ya ;) Now let me introduce myself to those that may not have a clue who I am!
My name is Jessica, I live in suburbia land right outside of DC. I've lived here almost my whole life! I've been married for almost 10 years to an amazing man. We got married pretty young so we've kind of grown up together in a way, which makes for big ups and downs at times, but he knows me in and out and seeing how he's become the man he is now makes me appreciate him more than ever. He's the most loyal, hard working man I know! He's also an amazing dad!! We have 3 kids... My daughter is 8, my son is 5, my youngest son is 3! I'm a stay at home mom during the day and a couple evenings a week I teach at a local dance studio. Ive been dancing for as long as I can remember...Its my passion and I love passing it onto others :) I teach all ages (literally from 2 1/2 up to adult age) so it keeps things mixed up and exciting for me. I am a former Washington Wizards Dancer and Washington Redskins Cheerleader. I started when I was 19 and I've met the most AHmazing people (my husband included), made some really great memories, and learned a lot about myself along the way. Some of my sure-to-be life long friends have come from my experiences in the professional dancing world.
